Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a pair of shoes through this site and did not receive any type of shipping information. I got 2 emails showing my purchase. One was from PayPal stating that the payment will show on my bank account as Way 2 Life Ministries. First of all, I used my bank card. I don't have a PayPal account and second, if it was really legit, why wouldn't the payment show as Isneakeroutlets.com? The other email I received was supposedly an invoice from the online store but that email didn't even come from Isneakeroutlets.com! It had a totally different name of a store. I have filed a claim with PayPal in hopes to getting my money back but I highly doubt I'll see a refund. I'm not going to give up that easy though since this so called sneaker outlet is a total SCAM. I'm reporting them to the FTC. Do NOT order anything off of this site! Please be vigilant.

I placed an order on 7/14/2023 @ isneakeroutlets.com. I emailed for a status update on 7/28, 8/12, & 8/25/2023; emails bounced back. I filed a claim through PayPal on 8/25 & seller responded on 8/26 stating the sneakers were shipped. All contact was through PayPal. I requested the shipping information on 8/26 & 8/28. Seller responded on 8/29 apologizing for mistakes made by the shipping company. On 8/29 & 9/4 I requested a refund from seller.

On 9/5 I received UPS tracking ****************** stating that the package was delivered on 7/21/2023. It was not. The photo proof of delivery was not available which seems suspect. I was unable to submit a claim through UPS and received this message: “ Unfortunately, your claim cannot be submitted at this time. Please contact the shipper who requested that you submit this claim for further assistance. [UPS:E022]”

PayPal closed the case stating it was resolved because the item was delivered. I re-opened the case stating that I did not receive the item, a refund, or responses from the seller. The seller did not respond to PayPal so the case was found in my favor. On 10/16/2023 I received my refund.
