My spouse received the call, was at home and barely heard the phone ring, and the light was on for a message, and listened and the message said something about a lawsuit, and he called and didn't even ring once it went straight to a voicemail to leave a message at the tone. The message said IRS is filing a lawsuit against you to get more information about your case file call 423-281-4475.

I've gotten about 15 calls from 518-730-1307 on my free phone. I picked up the call. There was a recorded message telling me I was in trouble with the IRS and to call back with my attorney. A man who could barely speak English told me he had a case number. He wanted me to write the case number down. I said I have no trouble with the IRS. He said Well Ma'am I can give you more information if you write down the case number. I said no, this is a scam, and hung up.

I received a threatening phone call saying a warrant was issued for my arrest for unpaid back taxes. I called their number and could barely hear the person because there were so many other people taking calls in the background. I am on a very low income and do not owe taxes, but thought I should check. I believe this to be a scam!

I received a call from the (supposed) IRS saying there were 4 allegations against me due to my taxes and and to call them back or I would be held in custody by the COPS (did not say police) and would lose my job it I did not contact them right away. The message used a computer simulated voice as well. the ph# they wanted me to call was 1-253-321-8059. Just wanted to let you know these [censored] are still trying to do their evil. There was no mention of money owed and I did not call back.
