i saw a withdrawal of $1.00 and $59.99 on my checking account. i have no knowledge of this transaction or experience with this company. the address location is a shared office space and the phone number is never answered. there is no way i signed up for an intense cardio program as i had open heart surgery last month. complete scam. no idea how they got my card number

The scammer used fake messages from local establishment to get myself to sign up for a membership to their service. The message was disguised as a raffle winning message.
