I applied on Indeed for Field Inspector position, then attended 2-hour virtual interview. I was informed by recruiter that I would be onboarded as an inspector after completing online VIITA course. I completed the course in three days and called the "Onboarding Hotline" to "finish onboarding". The recruiter I could start working as "early as next week if I complete the VIITA certification". When calling the hotline, I was told that "there is no work in my area". The scam is to get people to apply, interview, and complete course. No real employment / work is available.
