Medical bill sent to my address with my legal name, claiming I had an outstanding bill for Electrocardiogram Report on 1/9/23. I was in the ER on 1/7 and received that among other care, which concerns me of a sensitive information leak they got a hold of. I called the insurance, they confirmed there was no such claim. I called the actual number associated with the medical practice they were impersonating who confirmed I was never a patient and never received any treatment. Very concerned if this is part of a larger con.
