I paid 200 for a baby female hedgehog and 50 for her to be delivered to me. They were going to bring her to me on Saturday at 9pm. When she was a few hours away the airline contacted me saying they needed either 650 or 1170 for one or the other crate which no one told me about in the beginning. I told them the payment wouldnt go through and asked royal hedgies if i could get a refund. Since then no one has contacted me back, not even when i asked how little andy was doing. I havent even gotten a refund. No one will answer any of my emails, texts or calls. Im on disability and 250 is alot but my female hedgehog, Carina past away a few months ago and i was ready to get another one. Im very upset that these people take advantage of others and dont care.i have all the emails and texts. I even have the paperwork i signed. I will sened that to you.
