Labor Law Compliance Notice Recieved

Hi,

I received a 'Labor Law Compliance Notice' where the letterhead reflected LPNCC with an address of 4501 New Bern Ave, Raleigh NC. I googled the address and it is a UPS Store, so this does not seem legitimate.

It states i need to mail them $104 to receive the federal employment labor law poster which appears to be free online. I believe this is a scam, please be aware. Similar to the other users who posted a review, the envelope has 'CPS' on it with an PO address (PO BOX 100369 FT Lauderdale FL 33310-9972. I have emailed the assistant to the secretary of state to determine if this is legitimate.

LPCC Labor Law Compliance Notice

Good day all! I received this letter shortly after I incorporated my business too. When we incorporate a business it becomes public knowledge that any one can access. While I am not certain whether this company is legit or not, I did some research and found that you can print OSHA posters for free. They even offer it in multiple languages. The official website is https://www.osha.gov/publications/poster. You can also google "free OSHA posters" for your particular state. As a rule of thumb, I do not trust official looking information unless it ends with .gov. That is how you know it is a real government site. So please don't fall for the okie doke and give away your hard earned money. If you need this information, it is available for free. And if you choose to pay, make sure you are paying the right people. See a copy of the letter I received in the attachment.

I recently started a business and I received an invoice from the LPCC Labor Law Compliance Notice stating I need to pay $98. For posters to hang in my workplace. They have a QR CODE FOR FASTER SERVICE. If I don't pay the penalty is $$7000. The address on the business envelope is different than the address on the invoice. The address on the return envelope is CPS PO Box 100369 FT Lauderdale FL 33310-9972.
