Started receiving COVID-19 test kits that I did not order. My Medicare account shows that they were billing Medicare for the test kits.

I was unable to contact them to cancel. their contact information was bogus.

my mother w/ dementia. phone contact- got her name/address- staff fears medicare fraud as another resident w/ similar experience. she get routine shipments of covid tests 4/ bag from 3 different addresses , march- april 2023
