Her story is fabricated,and I have proof of work that was completed to her neices property,including witnesses that would be willing to testify in court.
Her niece fired us from the project,and requested my crew and I to return all the money on the project,even with months of cleanup,framing,drywall work,painting on a property that was unfit for a person to live in.
I have numerous before and after pics,including detailed conversations with the actual client.
This client also made others threaten us during the project,and called rcmp on me when I refused to return all her money.
Rcmp did their investigation,and after text messages,pics of the project and proof that others had made threats via online to me,rcmp advised the case would be considered “ a civil matter”.
The client to this day has refused to contact me for a civil conversation,but has taken her anger through social media only,not through the court system.
No conversation occurred where the client and I could come up with a resolution to part ways,other than the client assuming “ work should be done for free,and her deposits should be returned 100%
I have included pics of how the client was expecting her tenant to live in her place,and pics of what we were hoping to accomplish.
Pics of painting,framing,cleanup are also included.
It is preposterous to assume a contractor will not charge for his services,never mind give back the whole deposit of $20,000, where she claims $22,000.
I have invited the client to reach out to me personally and have the conversation where both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
She has refused to this day,but still has no issues posting comments.
