If you look close the paint can lids have other peoples addresses on them. Any pails of "paint" were actually water. Zoom in on the square on my living room wall. Jerett left a smiley face in the drywall mud. Jerett has a million excuses and explanations so I encourage you to watch the youtube link. The reporter tried reaching out to Jerett many times without any success. I simply quit communicating with Jerett because all he did was lie. Considering any work Jerett did had to be re done and I did not receive any materials I paid for except 3 sheets of drywall I feel 17k refund was more than reasonable.

Jerett Biggs was advertising on FB as a contractor. I googled his name not much came up. I also had a mutual friend(cousin). I reached out to my cousin who said they went to school with Jerett in Winnipeg and he was a great guy. So I called him. Jerett went to the property, we mostly communicated through text and eventually agreed he was going to due a full reno of an apartment in a rental unit I own (4 to 6 weeks to complete). I sent the first deposit March 7th. By June (22K later) he gutted, did some painting and after many missed completion dates quit answering my calls all together. Then emailed me using a fake lawyer. I had another contractor go in to the apartment saying Jerret did about 5k in work. I told Jerett I wanted 17k refunded, as of September 16th I have received nothing. I have since found many, many victims of Jerett Biggs who has operated with under many business names scamming people. I have filed a report with police. So have many others yet nothing has happened. We have all been told it's civil. Jerett has zero assets so there is no point taking him to court. I paid for materials I never received, all the paint he left had different addresses on it and there was not enough of any one colour to complete anything. I had to start over. I live in SK my rental property in Kenora ON Jerett Biggs claimed to be a semi-retired contractor working from his cabin in Falcon west estates MB which is about 45 minutes away. Jerett just registered a new business on August 18th called Falcon Pro Services. He has had 11 business that I know of. I have dealt with the bbb before and understand you have no real power so I have not submitted any files. Should you need I have all photos texts and a group of victims I have found of Jerett Biggs. I believe we have 150k? so far in money Jerett has scammed from people we all have our receipts and proof of payment should you need anything further.

A.Steich is not a client,and the figure of $22k can’t be any further from the truth.
Her story is fabricated,and I have proof of work that was completed to her neices property,including witnesses that would be willing to testify in court.
Her niece fired us from the project,and requested my crew and I to return all the money on the project,even with months of cleanup,framing,drywall work,painting on a property that was unfit for a person to live in.

I have numerous before and after pics,including detailed conversations with the actual client.

This client also made others threaten us during the project,and called rcmp on me when I refused to return all her money.
Rcmp did their investigation,and after text messages,pics of the project and proof that others had made threats via online to me,rcmp advised the case would be considered “ a civil matter”.
The client to this day has refused to contact me for a civil conversation,but has taken her anger through social media only,not through the court system.

No conversation occurred where the client and I could come up with a resolution to part ways,other than the client assuming “ work should be done for free,and her deposits should be returned 100%

I have included pics of how the client was expecting her tenant to live in her place,and pics of what we were hoping to accomplish.

Pics of painting,framing,cleanup are also included.

It is preposterous to assume a contractor will not charge for his services,never mind give back the whole deposit of $20,000, where she claims $22,000.

I have invited the client to reach out to me personally and have the conversation where both parties are satisfied with the outcome.

She has refused to this day,but still has no issues posting comments.
