**SCAM WARNING** Avoid this company at all costs. They charge at least a 10% fee for doing "consulting work" and all the risk is on you. Poor customer service. Don’t sign anything and don’t give them any login/password info to any of your credit accounts or credit bureaus. They will ruin your credit with a lot of soft and hard pull inquiries. This company is a scam!

I have been in contact with denefits about Impruvu a credit repair agency who is mostly a scam since nothing has been done to repair my account and we are going on 2 and a half months. Both I and denefits have been trying to reach the credit repair scam without success but denefits says they cannot cancel the contract on just my word and they will continue contacting the company. I have been charged 3 times and will be charged again in January. After seeing reviews I hope they don't report to credit agencies because I am about to cancel my cards to prevent from getting charged. I warned them that I would report them to the fare trade commission and the better business bureau.
