Ordered a speaker that was supposed to play TF cards through a loud booming enclosure. Not only does it not play TF cards, rather a constant annoying beep-beep, it won't accept playback through its earphone port. Also, after I ordered the speaker for $7.95, my CC was charged $89. by the same company. Thankfully Chase saw through the scam and denied the charge.

my panorama camara dont work. called and my name wasnt in records. number on mailing 855-432-5309. person who answer phone gave this number 866-205-8329.

They pose as a survey or rewards program, and then they tell you're getting something free (after paying for the shipping). But then they charge you for the item anyway. The item they do ship is a cheap token - not sure why they even bother. They are impossible to reach. I filed a USPS complaint for mail fraud - I would suggest everyone do the same. They ship from 8865 Norwin Ave, Suite 27 # 102, North Huntington, PA 15642.

Import Direct Gadget portrayed themselves as a CVS rewards program. I had completed a customer's satisfaction survey last week. Therefore, when I received a text message saying that I had won a prize (free prize) as result of completing the survey, I thought that it was legitimate. It was stated in the message that the prize was free but credit card information was needed for postage and handling fees. Later that day, I received a message from my credit card customers service rep stating that I was charged $ 76.55 for the item that was supposed to be free and $6.95 for shipping fee. I immediately call the company and found out that the contact phone number was posted was actually a third part company.
Anyway, I was told that the transaction was cancelled and I would not be charged for the item. However, I was charged for this item. Moreover, yesterday the item that I do not want, was delivered to my house.

Fortunately, I had 2 fully charged 18650 batteries. Unfortunately, it didn't matter because the headlamp failed to light. It would have been nice if Direct Import Gadgets was more reputable, based on all these complaints listed above. I use these batteries in my flashlights so I know they are good.

I just received my headlamp, but there was no batteries or USB charging cord. Are they coming in another package? The tracking number was:

Bracelet never worked, so I called number listed for Import Direct Gadgets and its a restaurant Distributor. Wow what a rip off. I suggest that you don't use this. I don't even see that they even existed.

Complained about a flashlight with a missing LED; unusable. I found their address on web, sent a snail mail, which was returned coded UTF (unable to forward).

Portrayed as a Lowe's promotion program, while I was hiring in at Lowe's and doing their programs on their computers..-.- I got a flashlight and it too costed $64.95. I mean, I have their address, so if I have any additional money missing, I will be paying them a visit. They can count on it.

Not sure if you can help, but I hope you can. I had just walked out of Home Depot, when I got a survey on my phone. I completely thought it was legit, so I did it and at the end it said I want a prize just pay the shipping and handling. $6.95. The next day I happened to check account, and there was ahold on $76.68. Now this is total BS, once it goes through my bank will do what has to be done. So if you still have that info on this POS company. I sure would appreciate it.
Thank you,
Brian Hall

Portrayed themselves as T-Mobile awards program for the exact same amounts

They portrayed themselves as a Costco rewards program. The individual had given scammers their credit card information in return to receiving a free prize for their loyalty as a Costco member. The product was free besides a $7.95 shipping fee but then the individual was charged $64.95. They immediately cancelled the card. But a product was delivered to their house, so a personal address was given.
