They are scamming everyone, look at these reviews, I didn't look before ordering a torch lighter they advertised did not use butane, it does use butane and is nothing more than a 5 dollar lighter that I paid 44 dollars for, total false advertising

Imoderntrends is a complete joke.

I ordered a blackbird4k drone with the warranty and when I went on the USPS website to track my order it said "information can't be posted because package was shipped with counterfeit postage".I can't believe they can and continue to run these scams and continue to get away with it. There has to be something that can be done because it has to stop. They are ripping off everyone and nothing has been done about it.

Rip Off!

Ordered from website ad running on FB. The advertising literature features the monocular with the tripod and phone attachment for picture taking. Further down the literature it DOES SAY 'tripod included'.
"ok. I'll just order the phone attachment later".
Paid the $ 68+ then rec'd the monocular several days later; and ONLY the monocular, the case, wristband and felt lense cleaner.
I emailed the situation. The prompts do not offer ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER selections in order to EXPLAIN the situation but DO offer a tab to click for returns. In THAT click they ask where you're taking the item to return. I wasn't intending TO return it yet, but to order the phone attachment and get the tripod as the website ad had STATED was included.
I clicked on the tab and they had, in huge, colorful signage, said they refunded me $ 28.00. I wasn't wanting then a refund and IF I HAD they also state in their literature 'a refund' but...NOT...'a FULL REFUND'!
I called 1-800-802-3080 and did speak w/a girl w/i one minute of calling. I explained what's already said above. She said nowhere does it say tripod was included and the pictures are 'just to show what can be done w/the monocular. Of course not CLEARLY SAYING ANYWHERE the other parts 'ARE NOT INCLUDED' (but the tripod WAS stated as included!) She still denied that and I said I'll just follow up via email (bc I plan to send copy of the ad where it STATES TRIPOD INCLUDED). I did ask her if I could then purchase a tripod and/or phone attachment. They do not have that inventory. Good luck. Customer service IS A JOKE!

I ordered room heaters to the tune of $ 263.89. I was supposed to receive it on Jan. 9th, 2023 - no sign of it. Went to the post office and was told that being given a tracking number did not mean the package was delivered! Called again, this time I was given a credit for shipping for $ 23.33 by a "Sylvia" and was promised that it would arrive within 3 to 5 days. This was in February -it is March 6th, 2023 no sign of any delivery of the package! I called the number 1-833-656-1790 - it is out of commission! I called another number listed 1-877-908-4863 - this time I did get someone by the name of "Diane." She offered me a 25 % discount, but I requested to
cancel my order. I was told I will get the money back credited to me within 5 to 7 business days. WE WILL SEE!

Scammed On Drone

Drone was not the Blackhawk 4K. It was the E88, the controller was MISSING A DAMN JOYSTICK, the materials used was super cheap, and it was just trash all around.

Lost about $105 in total. That plus the cost for some cheap [censored] carrying case.

Same thing just happened to me, ordered the Blackbird 4K, received a cheap E88that was a piece of junk with a broken controller.
Sent it back and then called their Customer Service...asked why the bait and switch, got the CS so flustered they issued an immediate credit to my account.
Definitely will never try to order a BlackBird again, they seem to be in on the scam with Imoderntrends.

ME TOO! Imoderntrend

Ordered a BlackBird4kdrone from these people but never got it! They told me after a month that it was sent that day and I would have it @ 8:00 PM that night! No drorne! I traced it and found that supposedly they had delivered it to a mailbox in Colorado! I live in S C. They answered the phone today and told me they had put in a request to put my money back in my account! I asked why not just send the drone to me at the right address? They said they could not do that but I could reorder! They tried to blame it on USPS and I could call them! I told them they made the mistake and they could as all I know how to do is sue! He told me to wait one minute. Came back to the phone and said my money would be back at my bank 5-7 days!Anybody know where I can get a BlackBird 4k drone? I ordered some toys and never received them. I have a USPS tracking number but it was never sent and I never received it. I sent extra money to get it faster for Christmas. I have submitted a claim with American Express. I hope I can get my money back. How can a company keep doing this?

I Ordered 3 small heaters 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it to arrive... I actually paid additional $$ for 2 day delivery, but when i checked tracking number, the label never been prepared and nothing been shipped. I am reporting them to other agencies and my credit card for getting my payment back. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE AND SCAM PEOPLE!

Robo Vac

I purchased 5 robo vacs as part of a black Friday special. Surprisingly, I found out about this company through a "Best Customer Review" site that recommended this robo vac over popular brand names. There was a review by an expert on 2022 household tech items. I got my receipt which shows there is inconsistent information on the name of the company AND the name on your bank/credit card account shows up as "Modern Tech Sphere". The toll free number 18336561790 has a robo message to leave your information, BUT it does not say who you are calling, it's not a person speaking, and it states their office hours are EST when the order receipt states they are on PST. They have answered when I emailed [email protected], but they don't state their name, it just signed off as customer service. I've emailed them twice about correcting my shipping address, and I get confirmation of the changes made but I just say the shipment confirmation with the wrong address. Like others, it states that a label has been created but it's not in their system. I am genuinely disappointed as I had bought this for a Christmas present but looking at the other claims, I doubt I will get anything. It has already been a month since my purchase.

Do call your bank/credit card company to file a complaint! You might get your money back as you can show file a report and send them documentation of how others have been scammed. -Nancy

The "Best Customer Review" site is part of the scam. Creating a website is cheap and easy. The customer review page is fake, the store is fake, and the product homepages are fake. If you type into google "Is (insert scam site here), you'll find bunch of fake scam reporting sites vouching for it's reputation- you'll also see competing fake scam report sites tearing them down and promoting their fake products.

No drone

I ordered a drone for $111.79. They took the money out fast but when I checked the tracking number, it never got the label on the package. So I emailed them they wanted me to confirm my information. Never had znyone ask me that before? So I called my bank I filed a fraud report either them. They had heard alot of this company so reimbursed me within minutes. Don't order anything from them. Buy what you need from Amazon.

i ordered 3, panicked when not receiving and reading these scam sites. Tracking also kept saying sender hadn't made labels yet. Filed a complaint with my credit card. The drones came in a couple days ago. they are as described, lightweight and chinsy feeling, but we have been playing with them in the house and with many crashes, i have to admit they are holding up.
Their customer service definitely sucks, but I had to call my credit card company back and tell them to pay the company.

I purchased a small heater from these people. It does not work properly. I have no way to contact them as their email comes back undeliverable. I think it is a scam company just sending out broken junk. I paid over $66.00 for this hunk of junk.
