it was time to renew our global entry. This site comes up, I thought it was the real site. No where does it state that it is an "agent" for use.

I sent in the application for both my husband and myself- and - of course used a credit card. However, one sign that this was fraud- our American Express company offers a discounted rate on global entry renewal. This company would not take American Express.

I have put the credit card into dispute. The company keeps telling me that they have already started the process, and paid $100 to the US government. I have informed them that we will not pay- and they will have to deal with the credit card company.

I was told they were out of the UK I tried to get my bank to stop payment immediately but the bank was unable to stop it (regions bank) West Palm Beach Florida

Scammers are pretending to be a government website and it looks legit.

It’s supposed to be a global entry application site but it’s not. I realized it when I read their responses asking for more information

I was attempting to renew my and my husband's Global Entry. I thought I was on the Global Entry website and proceeded to fill in the blanks on their form: Passport info, Global Entry info, Driver's license info and birth certificate info. I was alerted by the bank, unfortunately too late, as the scammer already had all of our identity information

Pretended to be Global Traveller when he wanted to renew my son’s Global Entry card. Charged me $280 when the gov agency only charges $100. They are no longer answering my questions, only obfuscation.
