Bunch of thieves!
They stole $4000 from my account & been trying to contact them for a month with no help whatsoever and now they blocked me on Instagram, Facebook and even blocked my email from sending any emails to them! Even tried to contact the CEO Emun Zabihi via email & WhatsApp & guess what! He blocked me from both! Such a useless manager!

Don’t buy from them ever! Not safe at all! That’s why the SEC always rejected their IPO! They can’t go public! They are bunch of scammers!

Do NOT purchase from this company. I spent $75 buying products. The company took my payment from my checking account from PayPal two weeks ago. It delivered nothing. They use a chat bot for customer service and have no phone number. The chat bot does not answer questions.

I did get through to a supervisor who wrote me on the chat that I would be receiving my package in another four weeks. I live 400 miles and in the same state as their distribution center. When I complained he told me to stop ranting. I felt like I was abused.

iHerb said they will return my money but it will take 60 days to get refunded. I cannot believe this company is a legitimate company. I will never, ever order from them again. I hope no one else does.

Placed online order through iHerb website for vitamins for my parents living in India. Below is confirmation email received after placing order.

After 15th Aug, no delivery received by my parents so contacted customer support via email. After follow-up finally received a reply saying order has been canceled by verification team. No one contacted me from verification team, neither any email though i have shared my cell phone number as well. Funny part, i am not able to login to website to check my order. I asked customer support to deliver my order, as it was not canceled by me and full amount has been paid via credit card. No response received. Iherb saying that money will be return by deducting bank transaction charges. iHerb not able to show any proof that any one contacted me to confirm order cancellation. Otherside order is not canceled by me so why i should pay bank transaction charges? Most wonderful part, iHerb not in situation to confirm, when money will be transfer back to my bank ? Wrote email to CEO as well through linkedin, but no response received. So for me look like a fraud company and doing some scam. I found several feedback posted around internet social media. Please take strict action about such fraud companies based in USA doing online business. About person scam section - Singapore is not mentioned, so selected USA info
