I saw an advertisement on instagram from the website for personalized flower vases as mother's day gifts. I went to the website to order. It claimed to be a US company. It also said processing time was 4-22 days. I did not receive my order for a month, the tracking number appeared to be some courier shipping from China to a warehouse in the US and they shipped me the wrong size item. The vase I received was much smaller than the vase I actually ordered. I contacted customer service about their error and they refused to give me a full refund at first and was only willing to refund 20% of the price. Then, they said I would have to ship the item back to them internationally at my own expense. Lastly, they said they can send me the correct size but it would take even longer than my initial order took to process. They refused to send me a return label so I can send it back to them for my full refund. They kept refusing to give me a full refund.
