I ordered from an online website. I did receive the items but they were extremely poor quality and not at all like the description. The site says “30 Day Easy Return/ Exchange”. I immediately followed the directions on the site to return. The instructions say to e-mail: [email protected]. This e-mail bounces back as undeliverable. I have attempted to contact them by responding to my order confirmation, using the chat on the website, their Facebook site and Facebook messenger. They will not respond. I have found reviews online where others have had the same experience. If you try to comment about problems on their social media, they delete the comment immediately.
