This company continuously sends us toner that we did not order. We are a hotel so our front desk staff signed for the toner. IBN invoiced us for 2 toners $499.50...When you try to call the company you get a voicemail and no one returns your call...Scam

This company called our hotel front desk and I do not know how they let her say yes even though she is not a an authorize person for purchasing and end up sending us toner and now billing us for 2 toners and the price is insane $479.80 like even expensive actually double the price of original HP toner. Big scam and be aware!.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

This company continiously sends us toner that we did not order. We are a hotel so our front desk staff signed for the toner. IBN invoiced us for the ink which is how we found out it was fake. I called the company to return the ink, as we get ours for free from our copier supplier. They still us an invoice. Tom, whom I spoke with, was extremely rude and says the ink we returned was "damaged".

this company keep mailing us printer toners that we have not ordered and then invoicing us for it. it is possible that they are calling us first and tricking someone at our front desk into giving permission to send. The attachment shows the invoice that they sent. We paid this invoice as we were unaware it was a scam at this time which is which my signature is on it (authorizing payment)
