I received a text message from my bank that several charges ($8, $8, $10.84) were made to my account from Humble Bundle. I immediately notified my bank that I was not making those charges. My bank, Bank of America investigated and refunded me the money. A month later a new charge for $10.84 by this company showed in my statement. I contacted the company via their website humblebundle.com to let them know that someone was making fraudulent charges against my card. There is no phone number to call and I had to fill some type of template for the company to get back to me which they never did. I contacted the bank to let them know and they blocked the company for me to avoid future charges. A month later another charge was made and I contacted my bank. My bank has always refunded the money to me and explained that even though they have blocked the company, this company keeps "changing" their name when submitting the charge to keep charging my credit card. I believe that there is some type of fraudulent activities in their billing department. I have tried to contact this company, the bank has tried to block them and nothing has worked. I have never bought anything from them and when the initial charge was made, I notified my bank immediately so Humble Bundle was aware that I have not signed up for any recurring service or charge and the charge was fraudulent. However, they keep charging this monthly recurring fee regardless.
