Saw add on the internet and then went the business website Hugocart.com. Ordered 3 carts and used my debit card for payment ! Never received the items nor an explanation ! Have receipt from bank for purchase! Any links I did have are now unavailable!!

Email sent from Hugocart.com saying order confirmation. 3 days later email sent saying order shipped. When I check on the status of the shipment website was not found with an error message.

Order the duo hugocart.com after what seems to be a extended delivery period. I never received the carts but I did receive some fake mickey earrings and my PayPal tracking notification shows delivered on the carts.

Order the hugo carts online from HugoCart.com. The tracking information says it was delivered in Wisconsin and i am in ohio. Ive contacted the company multiple times at [email protected] with no answers. I will be calling my bank and reporting the charge as fraudulent for $160.

I thought I was purchasing little electric carts for kids from HugoCart.com. They sent tracking info that said they had been delivered, which they were not. They will not reapond to the 3 emails i have sent throughout this ordeal.

I ordered two Hugo Carts from HugoCart.com for my grandsons $80 per cart, totaling $160. I received information that my order was shipped and I have a tracking number. I tracked the two carts out of China into the United states and my order has been all over the United States. Every time I track my order it is in another state. I have contacted HugoCart and each time they say according to their log the items have been shipped and each time they will give me a date the items are to be delivered and they never show up. The last time I contacted their support team I requested my money back and to be credited back to my credit card have not received confirmation that they will return my money. This has been going on since Feb. 9, 2026.

I thought I was purchasing a Hugo cart for my son. I ordered it and they said it shipped. I never received it. They took the money and I did receive a very junky necklace in place of what I actually ordered.

Ordered a power wheel for granddaughter from Hugocart.com. Sent me confirmation email. Contacted after a week asking status of product. Sent me tracking number. Kept contacting them and their response will be there in days. Tracking finally said delivered and it never was. Told me they would start the refund process and that never happened
