that he died in an accident in Niagara, Ontario 7 years ago. That no one has come forward for the claim and to their effort I was found in USA..
that insurance company code stipulates that "insured permanent policies" not claimed must be turned over to the abandoned property division of the state after 7 tears. asking me for my consent to be in partnership with him for the claim of the policy benefit, the fact that I share the same name with my husbands next of kin, nationality and background with the deceased. (my husband is very well alive). My name is Philip Hughes; I am a partner at Hughes and Associates LLC.

In the letter Mr. Philip Hughes urged me to respond in a timely manner and provided an email address, a phone number and a fax number as means for communication.
I've sent an email message to the provided email address suggesting that I don't know the deceased Mr. Anthony [same surname as mine]. No response has been received back. No undelivered mail error message from Gmail has been received either.
This is a scam - don't fall for it.
