I ordered clothing on January 17. It has not arrived. No meaningful tracking information has been provided by seller. Customer service phone number does not work. Customer service email takes days to respond and then simply thanks my for my patience but provides no update.

Hudson and Mark predatorily show US store fronts and telephone numbers but then manufacturer and deliver poor quality clothes from China. The shipping looked as though a teenager wrapped it and it was squashed in an airtight plastic package to lower shipping costs. The items took weeks to arrive. This company is a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
