We booked three nights at their hotel, when we arrived they tell us they are overbook by 11 reservations. This was March 7th and it’s now May 5th and we still have yet to get our money back. Capital one has called many times and no one answers the call/phones. If you look at their website there’s tons of people saying the exact same situation happened to them. The property looks NOTHING like what is advertised on their website. They have people living out of some of the rooms as well.
