Ordered my son an 360 Hot wheel December 17th of 2021. Recieved an tracking number that didn't work and my product was never delivered. This is not cool at all. I had a friend order 4 and she didn't receive hers either. So sad people are scamming adults and children now. My son was very sad and upset he didn't get his Hot wheel and I don't appreciate that at all

Ordered 2 of the electric bike/car things in Australia in November 2021 so they would be delivered to Oklahoma USA by Christmas. Given a tracking number. Was delivered to an address in California & it weighed only .08 kg. Not even the bike/cars. Very disappointed that my grandsons didn't receive a gift from me this year.

I ordered the electric car in 11/2021 to make sure it was here for Christmas! They won't respond and they took my money! What recourse do I have?

I had ordered two of the ride on toys it was supposed to come a week after Christmas. I never got it I tracked it and it was sent to an address in California and I live in Texas. I would like a refund and my poor kids are sad about it and I lost 88 dollars. And I contacted them twice by email I haven't heard back anything about it.

If I knew how to get ahold of them I would make sure it didn’t happen again. I ordered Dec 7 and been waiting on a simple response. It says my package delivered to Maryland the only problem is I’m in freakin Alabama. The audacity of the ignorants. These people should have to do jail time for this nonsense you can’t tell me they cannot be located. BULL find who these [censored] are and put them away. It’s ridiculous. Will never ever order anything else. I knew something was fishy when I couldn’t use PayPal but suddenly it was an option after the fact. I called my bank I’m fixing to do what I can to find out who they are.

I bought 2 power wheels number cars for my kids which were suppose to be their Santa gifts but instead I never received them and they were left with nothing and I lost 89 bucks and I am a single mom who doesn't receive any type of support from anyone else so it was very difficult for us on Christmas morning thanks to these scammers

I seen an post from the company around Christmas time that they had a sale on bumper cars for kids for $40. I made the purchase December 12th. I finally received a tracking number December 26. I have been tracking the pack every day and nothing has changed the label was created nothing else. It has now been a month I have sent numerous emails with no reply. I can just imagine how many people this company has ripped off

So I ordered two of the electric cars November the 26th I do have a tracking number but on the day they were supposed to be delivered I have not seen them the text message from tracking said it was delivered to the mailbox I don't know what mailbox because it was not mine ,then it says that their small packages how can two adult cars be delivered to a mailbox what mailbox and why would they fit in the mailbox I want my money back. Ordered November the 26th it is now January 5th and I have not received a car that's why I do not order offline you taught me well Horace wolf never again I am done with these bogus sick manipulating people. Next step get my money back try anyway. People please don't order from China most sites are scams.

Ordered 2 electric cars in November and haven't received them. Tracking via USPS says delivered 12/26. Called USPS and was told a package with that tracking number was delivered to a street address nearby but it was not my items.
They said I was probably scammed.
