Purchased from them...their website is/was thefitxhoop.com . Shipped from the US. Took almost 2weeks to get a tracking number. I complained of the shipping time was told it can take up to 30 days ...finally get it and it's not what they advertised. I got the one with the tear drop on it and I had purchased the one with the infinity mark. My hoop was used had wear marks and the weight was full. Directions to fill it was in the box. Half the links in a cellophane bag, wheels had wear on them. Complained and was told that they could only send a refund for 30% of purchase price not including tax and shipping. I told them that was unacceptable. Their response was they have thousand of customers who are happy with their purchases and it is known they aren't new products. I of course responded with the it's no where on the site mentioned as used products, it's not even the right hoop and I didn't receive the belt with it. They begged me to give them a chance to fix their mistake, they would send me a belt and new hoop and were so very sorry. A week later still no tracking and that was 3 weeks ago. No response...ghosted. used prepaid so my bank card wouldn't get stolen online just in case. Horrid experience. I highly doubt I'll get refund nor replacement. Trying to spread word in hoop groups to keep other from falling for it.

They sent me the hula hoop in a plain bag...it was in pieces and when I picked up the ball it was.t weighted at all. I read the instructions which state to add about 200g of sand or powder into the plastic bag. I IMMEDIATELY tried to call the number on the website and it said it was not in service so I emailed. I did get a response back but have been going back and forth for weeks and all they keep telling me is sorry for the confusion, it is weighted but we makenit so you can add more weight to the ball. No. I opened the ball like it states and there is nothing but the empty plastic bag inside. They refuse to refund my money and are treating me like I'm the one to stupid to know what I'm looking at. I'm beyond mad and this trash that i bought and the extreme lack of customer service.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. They advertise one hoopfit but deliver a cheaply made one that has many differences. The first picture is what I received the 2nd picture is what was advertised.

If you used PayPal to purchase this, go to the resolution center and file a dispute. I just did, and got an immediate refund without having to ship the hoop back.

Hoopfit lied to me front the get go, I paid the extra for next day processing. I was given 5 fake tracking numbers and promised weekly it was on its way. I asked to cancel my order they refused and it arrived today May 2nd, I ordered it April 1st. It's total junk. The ball weights nothing and it's cheap plastic. Do not fall into this scam.the string on the ball is not even 8in and does not extend.

I received the same piece of junk everyone is showing photos of . I purchased in December and after many months of continually contacting Hoopfit . Just getting the run around about shipping delays. Finally I was told they would send me another one I would need to pay shipping. I finally received it I purchased this through the tik tok ad and when I received it it was nothing like the photo shown and they shipped it in a cellophane bag no protection and bubble wrap nothing . I opened it is a piece of junk the wheels on it don’t move it just gets stuck no smooth movement . It doesn’t have a lock or the adjustable ball none of it . I have tried several times and now they just ignore my email to get a refund . I paid with a prepaid credit so as to not give out my information.. does anyone know how to get a refund from this phoney company I will I had gone on to get reviews first. I paid $55 for this piece of junk.

My order never showed up. I order things all the time I have never had a package not show. When I checked the tracking number it says delivered. Emailed the company they told me not there problem its delivery problem. Or maybe my Neighbor stole it. Not where I live we all have cameras. After a few emails of getting nowhere I decided to write a review. There is absolutely no way to write a review on their website I don't write many reviews but that seems awfully fishy to me. Sadly I do not think this Review will Reach the people that need to read it If you do reat this donot throw your money away you will never receive this product.

I ordered one on January 28 and paid extra for expedited processing. February 6 I get an email saying it's shipped and should arrive in 5-10 days, no tracking information was sent.
Feb 26 I email asking to cancel since it hasn't been sent. They send me a tracking number showing the label was made Feb 6, but it was still sitting in China at that time. I ask to cancel and get a refund, they tell me it will be shipping soon. I emailed them another 4 times and created a PayPal case, every response was a different version of it's in the mail. Finally on March 4 it shows shipped and they won't cancel it.
It arrives March 20, I immediately tell them I want to return it for a refund, they tell me it's still in transit and I can't. I finally get them to tell me where to send it, I of course have to pay for return shipping.
They refund me only the price of the product, not the extra for expedited processing or the initial shipping fees. When I call them out on this they tell me they can only refund the price of the item. Paypal closed the case the second I got the partial refund and there is no way for me to get the extra I paid.
There is no option to leave a review on the Hoopfit website and they are not responding to my emails anymore.

Product shipped out on 2-6 and I was given a shipping date of 5 to 16 days. I emailed on the 2-19 because the package hadn't moved and they sent me the link again to the shipping website. I emailed again on 3-14 and asked for a refund at this point. They ignored the question and said it should be here in 2 to 6 business days. I have now waited that and have not recieved my product.

I disputed the charge on paypal, and yet again they sent me the shipping information and asked me to close the charge. I escalated the dispute to paypal itself and hopefully I can get my money back.

Website says US based, receive product between 5-12 days. Item comes from China, takes 5+ weeks to receive. Item does not come weighted even though site does not indicate that you need to purchase your own filler. Refund policy on website states they provide return label, “customer service” email reply says they do not provide and you have to pay return shipping yourself. Reviews from others say phone number gets you no one to talk to, difficulty returning, canned robot emails.

I ordered from them on 3/3/22. I paid the amount which was about $55. I never received my order. When I got in contact with them, they kept asking me for a confirmation number and I had told them that they did not send one. They also should have the information. I have requested a charge back with my bank but nobody has responded to me yet. Their customer service also contacts me at 10pm. What company does that? Horrible experience and a major scam.

I immediately regretted my purchase and sent an email asking to cancel my order. I got an automatic reply from “Sarah” saying “ Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I just took a look at our system to find some information about your order, You can use this link provided to track your order” with a tracking link which doesn’t even work! Hours later I got an email saying my order has been sent so they couldn’t cancel my order. They have not provided a tracking link or answered any of my emails after that reply. I googled the phone number and found several websites with the same design selling different products. Stay clear! This is a scam and I don’t think I will get either my money back or the item.

Purchased a hoopfit exercise band on 01/24/22 and also paid for expedited shipping. After the appropriate time frame, reached out to inquire about the order status and was again provided the tracking information from the owner named Anna. I continue to reach out periodically including today informed them that I would like to know where my purchase is a refund, the reply was again tracking information and nothing additional.

I ordered mine Hoopfit directly from tik Tok in December it never showed up I emailed several . The same gentleman always answered the emails he Kept telling me about shipping delays I would receive it I Never received it months went by and I kept emailing. Finally after several months they said they would send me another one I would have to pay shipping . I finally received it in the mail in a cheap cellophane bag and when I opened it it wasn’t even the product shown in the advertisement. It is a piece of junk and doesn’t even look like advertisement. It doesn’t even roll around it the wheels don’t move. I have contacted several times and just keep getting ignored. I want my money back I paid $55 the first time and then paid. Does anyone know what to do to get your money back. I paid with a prepaid credit card so they didn’t have my credit card info . I want my money back

So this all started with our kid ordering one of these weighted hoops on our card while watching TikTok. They charged my card for $44.90, THREE times. I had to have my bank card shut off so that the charges would stop coming out as two came out approximately 8 hours between each other, and the third one 2 days later. I emailed the “24/7,” “support team.” They at first send out automated responses. So I continued to email them and finally got a short handed response, saying my order was canceled and will be refunded, which inconveniently took them over 24 hours to respond and they responded at appx 3 in the morning. My time zone is USA EST. After sending at least 7 emails they finally canceled the order and refunded ONE charge. NOT the other two and they claim that they “only charged my card once and I should contact my bank.” So, I have had to file two disputes for the charges that were not refunded. Even after canceling the order, they are STILL sending me very automated delivery emails and telling me my product is on the way, that it’s at a local shipping warehouse, should arrive in 1-2 days. Also. The company has NO phone number to contact and the address listed on the website is quite literally “123 Fake Street,” somewhere in Canada. They claim to be USA based. However, they are neither USA or Canada based, this site is based out of China and they use a foreign shipping provider, complete with artificial tracking information and all. The tracking number I was given was not recognized by any mailing services or “17track,” which is what they send you a link to in an email after an order. My best advice is DO NOT order from this “company.” It is purely a scam.

I made a purchase of one hoopfit and my cashapp says I bought two and another item I'm not even sure what is. Bottom line I want my 119 dollars back on my card or I'm suing the way you had all those "one time offers" rapidly pop up with the tiny no button.

Website states they are a USA based business and orders are shipped from the USA with shipping in 5-13 days for US customers. Once I received my shipping confirmation, the shipment is coming from China. I then asked to cancel my order but was told it was past their 24 hour refund policy date. I have a tracking number but unable to access any information regarding the shipment. Their email has stopped responding to my requests.

I agree to all of the negative reviews above. It's a poorly made product that doesn't match what is listed on the website. It takes forever to be shipped from China. When I contacted Customer Service I told them their website says they will send you a return label. The company told me "sorry for the confusion" but that I was responsible to mail it back. The address was to a house in Sunland, CA. Must be a scam artist home address. What a scam. Now I'm stuck with a horrible product and out $45.

Tracking says my item was delivered, but it wasn’t.

When I contacted customer support saying I never received my item, they said they showed it was delivered and now they are trying to send me on a wild goose chase. Not my job.

This “company” is a scam.

They make you believe you're buying from a US based company but after purchasing and receiving the tracking number, you find out it's coming from freakin' Shanghai. Don't plan on returning it unless you want to pay to send it back and believe me...it's not cheap.

The thing they sent me did not reflect what their website said. It was a risky dink small cheap item. There was no weight whatsoever. You have to put your own sand or whatever inside. I threatened to contact an attorney to no response. $45 worth of crap. Buyer beware.
