I ordered the product called hoop fit on August 18, 2021 from their website. It arrived between Sept 1-2, 2021 but I was out of town so I didn’t open it until Sep 5, 2021. Upon opening, the product is damaged and with a missing part. I asked them via email to either replace or I will return the product. They said that they can’t replace but purposely did not include the sandbag part because of international shipping restrictions. I clarified that I per their website, the product should be shipped from the US as their website states that the company is based in the US. At this point I requested a return instead and be refunded. I requested a return packaging per their website’s policy. However, they told me that I am supposed to pay for the product to be shipped back to them and have it tracked and they will inspect if the product to approve or reject my refund. I decided not to pay them anymore money and not return the product since they can reject me for refund anyway, so why waste money on tracked shipping! Horrible experience! Additionally, they email you but don’t sign emails with names so I’m not even sure who I was speaking with. Initially, I thought I was speaking to the owner “Anna” but when I was asking for refund, she is now referring me to the “Escalations Team”.
