On July 31, 2020, I purchased/order products from Honest Crate and received a shipment confirmation on August 3, 2020. However, It has been two weeks, and I have not received my package. Which after reading everyone's post here, I have lost all confidence it will ever be received. Man I feel stupid.
In addition, I contacted the shipping company "17-Track" and they have informed me that the status result of my package delivery is "Pre-advised" which means that only the shipment information has been received but not the parcel, and it remains within the shipper's warehouse. I was advised to contact Honest Crate.
I am truly sorry that this company appears to lack integrity, and its actions has damage consumers with it's apparent dishonesty and worst of all apparent "theft".
Well, this has definitely taught me a valuable lesson to check out the online company before purchasing anything.
Now, I've done more research on "Honest Crate", and it appears that they've only made "904.00 anually with a revenue of $4 a day. Sad to think our money is apart of that revenue. Sorry for everyone's financial loss and frustrations.
I placed on order on April 27, 2020. I have yet to receive my package. I email and the keep saying once it’s been shipped you can’t stop the order. After several emails I was told my product arrived at my local Post Office which was a lie. When I demanded a refund they stopped corresponding with me. I posted a complaint on their Facebook page they immediately took it down. DO NOT buy anything from them!

It has been almost 2 months since I ordered from honest crate and have not received anything but the run around
Ordered items may 25 2020 still have not received it. They keep saying be patient. Supposedly it left NJ June 28 still have not received it by July 13 2020 15 days I could of driven there and back by now.
What a big disappointment I really don't know How did company exist This is a big scam Very quick to charge you but slow or no delivery date to look for BIG SHAME TO BUSINESS WITH YOU
I ordered a pillow in January. I have not recieved the pillow and the company is refusing to give me a refund. I constantly send inquiries and kept being told to wait. Now even the tracking number is expired.

I feel like such an [censored]. I fell for them too. I am in South Africa. Placed order 3rd April 2020. Now they ignore my emails when I ask where my parcel is, they do not respond. I paid them R1200.00 which seems to me has been stolen.
I ordered from them on 3/15... $199.99 Email I rec'd showed they were in AL.. I looked them up and it shows OR? I emailed them and it took 10 days for a reply. I replied to that email and it took 18 days to get another reply.
When I placed my order it didn't say it was being shipped from another country! I still haven't rec'd my order that is useless now that several birthdays have passed and the next one will be in 4 days! Apparently it's on a SLOW boat from China!
On top of that it doesn't say anything about once you place an order your STUCK.. The confirmation email says... this at the bottom...
