I ordered 12 lamps from this company called Home Relax-I used the "SHOP APP" to order the lamps. I ordered them under my email address *********************. When the lamps arrived, half of them were broken and none of them stayed charged to light up. I ordered them for my new restaurant to put on the tables and these lamps are the lowest quality lamps I have ever seen. I tried emailing them 8 times now. I tried calling the phone number but I have had no one answer me to be able to return these lamps and get my money back. The number they provide is: +49 178 9827169. When I use the international exit code to call out to a Germany phone number, it still doesn't connect me to anyone. On their website it says they are a risk free guarantee.
