Random post card in US mail, vague, no identifiable company name or product identified for ‘Warranty Replacement Notice’ other than ‘dwelling’, ‘mechanical systems’. It advised ‘urgent contact so warranty doesn’t lapse’. I called 888 number and person answering would not answer any of my questions, wouldn’t name the company they worked for or what the company did specifically, only ‘many things’. He insisted I give him the Reg ID from post card. I asked more persistent questions and he wouldn’t answer anything. I hung up. God help the elderly person who falls for this.
