Letter sent in mail from "Home Warranty Division" from Vicky Mercer from 1-888-413-5452. Letter says final notice and suggests you have to call to avoid canceling of home coverage. When I called to get address removed from their mailing list, the person used predatory practices: "Are you refusing property coverage on your home?" "Are you saying no on this recorded phone line?" "I can't remove your address because there is no mailing list; this is to extend the property coverage you had when you bought this house" (this suggests they are with my home insurance company, which they aren't).

Came by postal mail from Home Warranty Division (888-413-5452) - no return address, only PH# 888-413-5452 [which I did not call].

Threat: Final Notice; States my Home Warranty has expired- must renew by 3-6-26

They did not state the name of my home insurance. I tossed the letter.

I received postal letter with Final Notice at the top from Home Warranty Division (888-413-5452). It stated that I need to respond to the notice by call an 800 number because my home warranty may be expiring. There was no clear company name. Just Home Warranty Division in the upper left corner.

I was signed by Vicky Mercer, Program Director, 888-4135452. The phone number listed is (888) 413-5452.
