I paid home rental helpers to try to help me and my two kids find a place. I’m a single mom moving to Tennessee. They took my money. They’re not sending me listings in that town. I’ve reached out for weeks. They haven’t responded. They have put me on hold they’ve hung up on me multiple times whenever I ask for HR or they’re higher-ups they hang up on me and tell me that I’m rude they have taken my money and that’s a lot of money for a single mom
