I placed an online order on 6/13/2026. Order was confirmed and I was billed $74.10. On 6/23/2026 I received an email stating that shipping was delayed but my order was still on the way. I kept checking on the tracking but it only said still on the way. On 8/10/2026 I received another email telling me my order likely would never arrive and that I should request a refund. I requested a refund with no response. As of 8/31/2026, still no response. My tracking online has "expired" because it has been too long. I have emailed repeated for resolution with NO response.

bought a product from 2Tactic, did not work as advertised. They then would not send a return authorization. Finally they offered to take the product back if I paid to ship it to Vietnam, even though we are in the same state. I protested, and they then said if I returned it anywhere else, they would only refund 50%
