I solicited 3 Euro Windows to quote a window order for a project and received a quote in Sept 2024. Payment for the windows was m ade via e transfer to their sales person. The sales person who was the main contact individual said that the windows were ordered, but missed the initial boat shipment (from Europe) and the original date of delivery of Dec 2024 was missed and extended to Feb 2025. Many emails and text were sent to the sales person. We finally made contact with the owner of the company who checked the quote number and stated that there was no record that the order went through at all. He confirmed that nothing was ordered and promised to refund the payment made. We never received a return payment despite many emails and phone messages asking when we would receive the returned funds. The company has gone silent now for at least a month, and no emails or calls are returned.
