I placed my order with the “company” that goes by Nuora. After placing the order I realized this is not a legit company. Right away, within the hour I asked for a cancellation. Days later they contacted me and said it’s been shipped. A month later, I hadn’t received the item. I asked for a full refund multiple times and days. Eventually they said instead of a refund they would resend the item.

I did receive the item and the same day I emailed to send them the information they need to return. The return email doesn’t work. Neither does their customer service email. So at this time I have no idea how to get a refund and send this item back. I have canceled my credit card because after they charged my card a $1.00 fraud charge was flagged out of country.
