Website took $10,211.36 for a chandelier order. "Robert" emailed me using a [email protected] email address and gave me a tracking number showing product had shipped. The web site they gave me to show the fake tracking information was http://zsylgj.cn/zh/trace.aspx?classid=0110. The tracking number showed the item had shipped 6 days prior, but Robert now emailed me saying that I needed to send an additional $6000.00 to cover additional shipping costs and THEN they would ship the item. At this point, I knew it was a scam and asked to cancel order and refund money. He agreed to do so, but kept making excuses as to why they could not refund money. I then contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
