Okay so it starts off as a Survey for BellMTS with your account info. & everything looks legit like it's from Bell or one of their companies that gather feedback on service. Once survey is completed it takes you to another page where they offer you a prize for completing said survey. I normally just click off and ignore those. My finger accidentally hit accept on my phone and my Google Pay went through as I was trying to swipe it read my fingerprint and processed the order for a phone prize. I felt stupid as soon as I realize what my hand did. I immediately tried to contact their support or atleast block it but it already was processed by RBC. I went on the company's website to try and cancel the order which turns out is not for a prize but access to their bigger scam (Purchasing Online Knock offs that never arrive or are always lost in shipping). You get charged €6.50 if you want to leave as a processing fee. If you stay it's €50.00 a month. You also can't remove yourself from the website for upto 24hrs after you've initially joined..system won't allow it. Hope this helps someone. Reaching out to RBC to block any furthers charges to my card from them and I have already added 2 forms of confirmation for online purchases using my phone as added security so this mistake by me doesn't happen again, thanks.
