Pablo (Paul) Griego has been driving around neighborhoods knocking on doors. He tells residents that there was a hail storm and he can look at their roof for free. He looks at the roof and tells the resident that they need a new roof. He asks for insurance information and pressures the customer to file a claim. He then has the resident sign a contract that says if the claim is approved and he is not hired for the job, the resident has to pay him $1500. He does not carry a contractors license and carries no commercial insurance.
