Saw an ad for a nice jacket on instagram and placed in order for it. I have done this multiple times with other products so I thought nothing of it but it has been over 2 months now with no update to shipping, they will not respond to my emails, and their website they provided is down.

I placed an order on their website, hiddenseasonvintage.com, which I found on social media. The order was never sent. I reached out multiple times via email to [email protected] and got no response.
