I purchased a metal detailed sign, paid with my credit card. Received a confirmation e-mail. Then didn't receive item. I emailed the company, received a response stating they were behind. Never heard from them again, despite numerous attempts to contact them.

I ordered an address sign from the company December 13, 2024. I received an email that they were "on it" and would send more communication when the item shipped. Ive not heard anything more from the company and multiple attempts to contact hace gone unanswered. The payment was withdrawn from our bank on December 14, 2024.
