I had been searching for a French bulldog for months. I found one and fell in love. I contacted James letting him know I was interested in the dog. He texted me and emailed all information. Telling me the dog was 750 and could be shipped to my house. He told me details about the dog and gave me updates with lots of pictures. I even did a reverse image search and nothing showed these photos we from anywhere else. I even asked if this was a scam to him when he got defensive stating that he is a man of faith and fears God and believes the words of the Bible. He even stated how he would never ask for money for nothing. That people work hard for what they have and he would never take advantage over me. After lots of communication, I decided to go head and send him the money. After, I sent the money I was updated with more photos and told he would take the dog to get the paperwork in my name and then get a ticket for the dog to be shipped to me. I was given screen shots of the paperwork and given a tracking number for the dog once shipped. After the dog was shipped I thought everything was good until I got a notification they put the dog on hold because it needed shots mid flight and to be seen by a vet. They were asking for another 1550 and stating I would get refunded once the dog was delivered. At this point I knew it was a scam. I just want those to be aware so this does not happen to them.
