Purchased a pair of "stretch pants" due to their advertisement showing "Ice Silk Fabric" being very stretchy and of high quality. I received the product ordered on 2/22/23. I tried on the product for fit and quickly found it was too small and just plain nylon with no stretch in the material whatsoever. I contacted customer service with the 7 day refund window. "We are very sorry to hear that you do not want the replacement. Regarding the full refund, I am afraid that our warehouse in Asia might require the item to be returned back for further investigation. Due to the distance and high shipping charges, I totally do not recommend this solution for you. Therefore, in this case, I would like to offer you a 10% refund on this order if you are willing to keep this order. You could donate/resell the item to somebody who may need it. What do you think? I hope you understand my attempts to fulfill your request and that we've made every effort to arrange the best deal for you. - Hena, Customer Service Rep.

Happy Shop advertised boots made of "buttery leather" with a wool lining. Boot arrived off-gassing from the PU faux material and a knock off of the Danish style shown in the ads. Missing the Danish flag tag and all FTC legally required material disclosure tag for garments. My $39 purchase could not be returned to the US address on the package. They make you return to Singapore so you are forced to keep them or lose money. Big Rip OFF. I should have realized it was too good to be true.

I purchased their drone!  WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, WHAT A RIPOFF!  I started it up, had it lift off,  then it went crazy and took off.  I couldn't get it to stop going up, couldn't control it at all and now it's lost.  Construction is NOTHING like in their advertisement.  They're misleading people.  I doubt they will refund my money because they most certainly are NOT a company that stands behind its product or one that believes in providing quality products "as advertised" to their customers.  I will NEVER buy from Happy Shop company again. I'm going to make every effort to warn consumers not to buy this drone because it is a cheap piece of junk and way overpriced. I'm sure they must be laughing all the way to the bank!

I hope someone can shutdown this happy shop, they are scammers. I bought a drone and they sent me a tracking number and sent me email saying my item has shipped but I never got my item. Reading other people's review makes draw to a conclusion that I have been scammed.

Paid 39.20 for a pair of shoes that took forever to get here. What a disappointment! Cheaply made. Have emailed my complaint. They were supposed to contact me within 24-48 hrs. I have heard nothing. I should have read the reviews. What a ripoff.
They should be put out of business.

I bought sandals advertised as Clark’s . Paid 44.00. They were shipped from China. You have to pay for the return. My granddaughter could have made better products. So do not trust or buy from Happy Shop! Scam!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HAPPY SHOP - THEY ARE FRAUD ARTISTS!

I purchased two Push Up Wireless Bra from Happy Shop for $49.00 in August 2022.

Not being satisfied with my order, I contacted the company for a full refund and requesting a return address. After three lengthy replies suggesting that I donate my bras to a friend in need, I was provided with an address in Vietnam for my return.

In addition, I was offered a 35% refund ($17.15 on my total order). My post office quoted a $18.85 cost for mailing the package back to Vietnam. Despite the refund, with the return shipping cost, my cost would increase by $2.18 bringing my total expense to $51.70 (from an original order cost of $49.00)!

Needless to say that I will not be returning them item and not be asking for a refund!

Shortly after purchasing my bras from Happy Shop, 5 unauthorized charges appeared on my credit card, totalling $847.15, thus I am not willing to purchase items from vendors located overseas in the near future.

Total scam. Lost $36 on bra. Their sizing chart is way off. No exchanges offered. No refunds. No phone number. Do.not buy anything from this company. They are Asian and not prepared to service customers. They just throw something at you for your money and hope it sticks.

Video-Ad popped up while using cellphone. Ordered 3 products at bargain price. Shipment arrived in plastic bag. All 3 boxes damaged and without instructions. Intended to give 2 items as gifts. As directed on enclosed card, within 7 days, contacted "support@buyercenter@help." Automated website is standard keyboard dialog set-up. System supplied me with another on-line company requiring minimal $5 charge in order to proceed. I closed off contact. Called company phone number listed on credit card statement. Message stated: "subscriber...not in service..." Contacted UPS tracking: neither tracking number nor reference number recognized. Will contact my credit card company for advice on stop payment

I contacted customer service with the 7 day refund window. At first they offered an exchange, I responded to declined. They responded with this and this is the last time I heard from them ,2-26-21. "We are very sorry to hear that you do not want the replacement. Due to the many risks of loss and high shipping fees especially in the scene of Covid-19 and severe weather, I totally do not recommend this solution for you because of your safety and benefit at first. Therefore, in this case, I would like to offer you a 40% refund on this order if you are willing to keep this order. You could donate/resell the item to somebody who may need it. What do you think? I have all the email traffic and their return policy saved and they are not holding up to what they advertise. I have tried to contact them twice regarding my refund and where I need to send the returned items, since their last email and they have not responded.

I purchased an item from this company on January 31, 2021. I never received a confirmation email nor a shipping email. I sent an email on February 4 looking for confirmation of my purchase. I confirmed with The gift card company that the sale went through. I explained in the email that I have not received a confirmation of the order nor have I received any shipping information has their website stated he would ship out three days after purchase.
