i saw guitars for sail and i bought 4 of them gibsons for $97.50 ea. and i thought great deal . so i perchiced 4. never even got shipped !!

and i knew that theres something wrong i knew it was to good to be true but i gave them the benifet of the bought

Lousy service I will not pay to request free returns and speak with customer service support. Ordered pants for husband 315# orded 4xl. Pants fit me a size6!

The shoes are poorly constructed- tgey don’t fit narrow feet and are not true to size. Ur only given 20% refund of total price $ on top of the 20% they deduct the cost of shipping which gives you a net of zero. This is obviously originating from another country with the US address. They are scammers with a capitol S!

May 10th, order two motorized anti-squirrel bird feeders for a mothers day gift. They sent me two small incomplete bird feeders, that are NOT motorized, tiny in comparison, spray painted green metal base cheap plastic paper thin film type holder for seed, not even close as advertised. Paid $75.65 with shipping. Been fighting about a return and Full Refund for weeks, Thuxem.com AKA COSMOR TUMBLR, or LUSHMO PTE. LTD, AKA HAPPY SHOP refuse to give me a full refund and take back the incorrect product. They offer 10% increments of refunds and claim its too much for their company to take back .

This shop won’t make you happy. They keep your money if you want a refund you will not get one. They only offered me 15% of my 47$ I ordered sandals advertised as orthopedic. They’re very cheap quality. I was ripped off.
I’ve copied and pasted the reply from customer support below:

First and foremost, I would like to apologize for everything that you have gone through since the product was not what you expected.

According to our policy, we're happy to send a free replacement if there is product quality problem. Unfortunately, it seems that the replacement can not solve your problem.

If you want to return, I'm sorry that you have to pay the shipping fee back to our return warehouse in Asia. However, the charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation.

Alternatively, we would like to offer 15% refund on your current order. You can keep the product or donate to someone who may need it. How do you think, Greg? Actually, I think this offer is a better deal rather than choosing to return.

I hope you understand my attempts to fulfill your request and that we've made every effort to arrange the best deal for you, Greg!

Note: The address in the label is not our return warehouse. We are not responsible for a refund if the customer returns to that address.

Please consider this offer and let me know your thoughts as soon as possible so that I can support you further.

A supposed "squirrel proof" bird feeder was falsely advertised. It has a plastic cylinder that squirrels can chew through. it's cheaply made, absolutely not worth $44.00, and much smaller that the video portrays! A squirrel is much too heavy to even stay on the "twirling ring" long enough to be "twirled" off! It's totally a rip-off! After I received the bird feeder, I sent a complaint reply via the e-mail notification of delivery. They are giving me a 10% discount, ($3.42), in 5-10 business days, because I'm dissatisfied with their product. A squirrel is already chewing through the plastic cylinder! I can't return it to China. I ordered 2 pair of sandals they are total junk. I'm fighting for a refund they offered me 20% back. Who does this? Its terrible. I've filed complaint on PayPal site to try and get a full refund. Don't shop here

My shoes arrived yesterday I am mediately filed a complaint with happy shop and PayPal and my refund has already been issued immediately there was no discussion of 20%

I have had the same experience as the others with the sandals. The smell of chemicals would not allow anyone to wear them. They have 3 different company names and they will not refund nor provide their website. It was an ad that kept coming across my computer. I filled a complaint also with PayPal who refused to refund the money to a 20 year customer. Shame on PayPal protecting a company that is dishonest.

The sandals I bought were knock-offs, they are nothing like the pictured shown on their website. The sandals felt flimsy and the top part was way too loose that I was able to slip my hand through [see photo]. I set them an enail to return for a refund but they stated, per their policy they do not accept returns nor do they give full refunds. They will will regubd you ONLY 20% of the cost. Do not buy from them.

I see another report the same as mine. Was suppose to receive Clark sandals from Happy Shop but they ship extremely poor stinky quality products with no paperwork inside. They have a shipping address on the package google shows it as 5215 S Boyle AVe Vernon CA and 3 store names come up for that location on google maps. So they probably keep changing their names. I called USPS and and they cannot track where they came from Call the Vernon Police Dept if you get scammed by them and add to their list..They may also go by Vernon Wholesale or Longo Custom SVCS as shown on google maps.

The sandals I bought were advertised on Instagram as Clarks. When they finally arrived they were not Clarks but cheap knock-offs. They offered me 15% off to keep them, then 25%, saying it would cost me more to return. They had to be returned to Hanoi, not the domestic return address. I sent them back to Vietnam anyway and sent pictures of the damaged sandal, shipping material, and my return shipping. We'll see if I get my money back, but it is obvious that this is just a way to send cheap products and keep buyers' money. They should be shut down.

I purchased 2 pair of shoes thru Facebook ad. The shoes I received are of inferiour quality and fit is terrible and was not how the items were represented on site. I attempted to return the items but they will not give me a refund and require me to pay for shipping back to china.

I bought some sandals from the happy shop and the broke the 2nd time I wore them. They were cheaply made! Never buy from them. They took about 3 weeks to arrive. When I contacted them they refused to return them and reimburse me. Awful buying experience total scammers!.

I saw these shoes on facebook ad and ordered them on apr. 6th,2023. The cost was 44.64. I just finally got them on apr. 26 after sending many emails to them. I realized by the emails they were coming from Saigon. I never would have ordered them had I known. The shoes were suppose to be orthopedic shoes but they were very flimsy, thin and cheap looking. They told me it would cost a lot to send back to China and suggested me taking money of 15 % which is $6.00 and just keep the shoes. I told them I should get more money than that but I agreed to receive the $6. They told me it should go back on my account in 5 to 10 days. I certainly learned my lesson and will Not buy anything more from an ad on facebook. The package came from dept 1055 Sesame Street, Franklin Park, IL 60131

The shoes are very poor quality. Yes, they send the product and have it tracked so they can prove you received it. Their "customer service" is responsive, but then informs you that a return needs to be sent back to the country of origin (China, Singapore, Viet Nam...) Doesn't say that anywhere on their returns/exchanges policy page, just says return postage is buyer's responsibility. They'll offer a 15% refund and won't budge.

So, they keep 85% of what you overpaid for some of the worst shoes around.

It's clear that the business is designed to do exactly this ... don't know if it's illegal or just barely, but it's a scam nonetheless.

Advertised shoes as Clark’s and a pair of cheap shoes arrived that smelled so strongly of fumes from the glue they were assembled with.

DON’T order from this company! They are based out of Vietnam and don’t accept returns, or give refunds! My 99 year old mother bought two pair of sandals for $82. She received them in a wrinkled, battered envelope and when she opened them they had a horrible chemical smell. They didn’t fit and were cheaply made. She needs an orthopedic lift for one of them and when we brought it to the cobbler, he said the quality was so poor, it wouldn’t withstand the lift. When I inquired about returning them for a full refund, I was told they don’t do refunds because of the shipping costs and could only give her $25 back. I have never in my life dealt with such an unethical company. Buyer beware!

The glasses were broke. Made out of very cheap plastic. Nose piece had rough plastic and could not wear. The arms that go on the ears was very rough plastic too. Could not wear. Yes, I contacted them and yes, they contacted me back. Trying to get out of refund by making it a hard process. I'm at loss of a lot of my time and money. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!

I ordered a pair of sandals, they sent a different pair and when I inquired about a return, they told me I needed to return them to their warehouse in ASIA, rather than to the CA address from which they'd been sent -- and that I'd be refunded 15% of what I'd paid, rather than the full amount! I should have looked into them before ordering, but I have always had good experiences with online shopping in the past. Live and learn.

My mother just had the same problem. Sandals we’re cheaply made, had a horrible smell and didn’t fit. They wouldn’t return them and only gave her back $25 of the $83 she spent for them. Like you said…love and learn b

I purchased a trio eyebrow sculpting set which was supposed to come with three pink square, stamp brushes and 3 eyebrow cream colors- a clear, light brown, and dark brown. The pink brushes are what is supposed to make the product work well I guess. What an [censored] I was for spending $65 on this set that I saw advertised on face book! I could’ve just easily bought the EXACT same item on Amazon for much less. I don’t know what I was thinking! When I finally did get the product, all of the brushes were missing - they did not send me any of them. They sent tiny little cheap, black brushes. I contacted them and informed them that I did not have any brushes to use with this product and wanted my money back as I had found the same product on Amazon for $29.93. I told them they could either match that price and I will keep the products and they can send me my brushes or I am returning the products for a full refund. And of course Hana - Customer Service Rep. - sent me the same response she does everyone- the company tells everybody that they don’t recommend returning it because of high shipping costs, etc. She offered me a whopping 5% off and asked me what do I think about that? I told her unacceptable is what I think of that! She then responded, and basically in their words said that they were working to do everything that they could to make this a win-win situation- and gave me no choice but a 5% discount. Again she asked me what I thought about that! Well, I couldn’t truly tell her what my thoughts were or I would probably get arrested, but wrote her back and told her well thank you for giving me no choice but to take the 5% off and you can send me my brushes! And I very kindly thanked her for the fact that now I have to wait another five weeks to use the product because that’s how long it took for the first product to get there. Then just today I went to use the clear color and it’s as hard as a rock so hard I can’t even dent it with my fingernail! (And it’s cream!) I sent them another email saying - here we go again! I told them I want a replacement for this and their response was because it’s past the seven day window, they cannot do that , but they’ll give me another whopping 10% off of the cost of the product or 20% off of my next purchase with them, and then again asked me what I thought about that. I can tell you I did not send them a very nice response. I sent them exactly what they deserved and said that I have never experienced a company like theirs that does not give a crap about what the customer thinks. I told them to save their canned email thanking me for my cooperation when they don’t give me any choice but to take the lesser of two evils. They can take their 20% and shove it as I will never buy anything from this company again!
