HaloRing.co email address is not valid. There is no other way to get ahold of them. Their website is haloring.co.

I received the wrong product.

And there is no app to download. I lost $68.14.

I placed the online order from Haloring.co, received a confirmation email and everything, and nothing since. Not even a label created. I have attempted to contact them twice via website with no response.

This site, Haloring.co, clearly posed themselves as a legitimate smattering site for ordering. I place the order, received a confirmation email for the order from [email protected], & after that is was crickets! No tracking details, no respondes to emails, and nothing ever came. I lost $106.98. I sent a charge dispute to my bank for the money back and wanted to make sure everyone knows about this!

I ordered a HALO ring from Haloring.co, not knowing this was a scam. The order was placed on March 4th in the amount of $74.94 order#53184. I never received the ring, and now the link no longer works, and it says there is no such order. I do have a tracking number but it shows nothing. The store page is no longer active. When I click “view order” in my order confirmation email the page returns “page not found.” I paid $74.94 using a debit card and the tracking link does not work. Support email is [email protected]

Halo ring appears to sell smart rings similar to other more expensive brands. They take your money and give a tracking number that does not work or stops “tracking”. No item is ever received.
