Passed themselves off as a brand name. I didnt realize it wasnt the actual brand until I got an email confirming my order. They said they shipped it out twice but i got nothing. I asked for a refund they said 15-25 days. They then sent me a "screenshot" of my refund to my bank account. All it showed was "REFUND SENT SUCCESSFULLY ", no amount, mo day, no account. Nothing has shown up in my account.

This website had an ad on Snapchat pretending to be to company called Comfrt and they were advertising Comfrt products at a discount. Their website mimicked the Comfrt website. I immediately tried to cancel my order and they told me over email they would process a refund. I never received any ordered items and I never received my refund.
