I ordered a straightening/curling iron from the company H-buy on Facebook. I ordered the item on 11/23 and made contact with them on 12/1 when I had not received a tracking number or the item. They told me my item would ship in 5 days and my tracking number would be emailed to me. I contacted them on 12/12 when I still had not received an email with a tracking number or the product. On 12/13/ the company stated the item was in the warehouse and they could "priority send it" if I gave them more money. I asked for a refund. As soon as I asked for the refund they sent me a tracking number and website to follow the item. The site did not work and there was no such tracking number. I requested a refund again on 12/18/18 and the company said my package was mailed via air transportation. I still have not received the package or a correct tracking number. I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute since the company will not address my request for a refund. I looked at comments on the Facebook page for this company and there were other complaints from customers who had not received their item either.
