On the website, i cancelled my subscription promptly and visited the 'refund/cancellation' page. On this page, the company is instructing people to not advise their credit card company of the charge, rather handle it with the team internally. I called the team and was routed to a 3rd party billing company. This is a very very scam-like business model and under no circumstance should the company advise customers to NOT reach out to their bank.
They did say the refund was accepted and is 'currently processing', but i have not seen the amount refunded yet. They said it could take up to 30 days. I will likely be cancelling my credit card and getting a new one issued so that my information is no longer valid on that site.
