They keep sending me weightloss gummies. I keep sending them back and telling them to stop but they just keep on coming. They are billing a personal credit card each time and I do not know which one. Not sure what company name they are billing me. I took a picture of the last two shipments I got. The first had a return address of "Nutraition" in San Leandro, CA 94577. The last one had the same address but was titled "Return Solution". I have taken a picture of both packages. Each time I return the gummies, I have a note inside asking them to cancel this subscription they started and credit my credit card. They just keep coming.

I ordered it with a guarantee if it didn’t work they would refund my money. Couldn’t find anyway to contact them. The next month they sent me and charged me 199.00 plus the next day they charged 12.49.

Ad says you get 5 bottles for about $40. Turns out it's 40 per bottle. I had $238.54 deducted from my checking account. I was also billed $198.78 for something Custer service person called a cleanse. Was on the phone for almost an hour and was told I would get a refund one I send the product back. So will see if that happens. I am fuming!

A Facebook ad for keto gummies ad price was $39.99, my bank account had $258.77 deducted.

I tried to e-mail, and the mail bounced back, I tried calling, and they just lied about the advertising

Scam, it looks like your buying 1 bottle at a great price to try but they trick you into getting 5 for £200 and you don't realise till after the money leaves your account, they said they'd issue a refund but its been 3 months and nothing, lots of back and forth on emails, I've got proof of the bottles being in perfect order and proof they had the returned package but still nothing, dont fall for it!

I got scammed with this purchase. I ordered these ACV FOR HEALTH GUMMIES. I got charged 2 separate times. $259.00 then another for 59.99. As soon as I seen what was charged I called there customer service +1 (833) 781-7624 if just says customer support and they said the couldn’t stop the order and told me I’d have to wait to receive it to return it to get my money back. I never opened the package and put return to sender. They only refunded me 148.00! When I called there customer support again they said their warehouse reported two of the 5 bottles were open and that they charged a restocking fee of 10.00 a bottle. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they couldn’t reach one and I’d get a call back. Never got a call back and I emailed them and they keep saying they have refunded me my money.

I was in process of ordering some gummies and they changed amount without my permission. I wanted 1 bottle and they switched to 5. I called and emailed to say I wanted to canceled. They refused

This exact thing happened to me

- La Grange, KY, USA

Received an email regarding the gummies seen on The Shark Tank listed at $39.99 instead of $59.99. The email is no longer available in my emails . I received an invoice from ACV for Health with a phone number of 1 833 781 7624. I called the number and they told me they couldn't cancel or stop the order, the call was made within a couple of hours of placing the order. I explained it was an order received under a fraud situation. They said the only way they could stop it was to have a 3-way conversation with myself, my bank and them.
