Received a letter that noted our actual address and the name of our lender, but spelled our last name wrong which stated that our home warranty was expiring and threatened that there could be a lapse in our coverage if we didn't call their 800 number. There is no company, website, or email listed, only a repeat of the 800 number and the name "Vicky Mercer Program Director." We do not have business with this company, they are not affiliated with our lender and are a scam!
