I ordered their diet gummies and supplements and started to take them 4/30/25. I have ulcers and had my doctor's approval to start taking these supplements. I had 2 violent ulcer reactions to their pills and stopped taking them on 5/9/25 and asked for a refund. They implied by phone that the customer service department would send a return authorization label. The same day customer service sent an email listing "We are currently experiencing a higher volume of requests....our team is working to respond as quickly as possible." It has been a full 6 business days. They processed my two separate orders (1st gummies, then supplements) and charged my account immediately but now a long delay on a return? Did I get scammed? The phone # is to a person named Sabrina, their top diet coach.
