GREENWOODBULLS.SITE shows French Bulldogs that are available for purchase. Dylane Siako, the person who contacted me, asked the right questions to a bulldog owner and was very attentive when we initially spoke. Once I made payment through Zelle through my bank account and Dylane received the money, he said he would take down the dog I paid for off the website immediately. That did not happen. He said he would arrange travel the next day. Per the website, after payment, the customer will have their dog within 24-48 hours. I had to reach out to Dylane for travel arrangements. Kept getting the response that he would be in contact me with soon. His communication started lacking and I began thinking this was a fraudulant scam. He text me and said he couldn't get a ticket for the dog until next week Friday or Saturday. Told him I have access to the airlines and can see that seats are wide open starting tomorrow on all flights. He finally called me back for the first time and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. Ended up hanging up. Started researching further on his website. The names used for his testimonials included photos and the city, state they are from. The photos were all of younger adults with small children. Did a search of these names, city and state to see if the names were legit. They were found, but next to age, they all had deceased next to them. Dylane will not return my money. This is theft. I did not receive what I paid for. (BBB Note: Website was created two weeks ago, December 2017, and Registrant is in PANAMA)
