I am writing to express my concerns about David Olson and his business operations. It appears that Mr. Olson is involved in practices that lack transparency, particularly concerning $25 monthly membership fees and invoicing. I could not find any clear information regarding these aspects, which raises questions about the legitimacy of his businesses. There is a $1.99 charge that is consented for to obtain an online test result, and an email linking you to the results upon payment, but nowhere is there a consent or disclosure of a monthly fee of $25.00. This scam is talked about online in various websites with a consistent story of fraud, experienced as others such as myself. I do not personally understand how this website is legally allowed to charge someone a monthly recurring fee with no agreement or contract.

Given these observations, I recommend that someone in power, such as the Federal Trade Commission consider taking action against Mr. Olson to prevent potential consumer exploitation. It is important to uphold ethical business practices and ensure accountability for any fraudulent behavior.
